General Shortcuts:

  1. Ctrl + C: Copy
  2. Ctrl + X: Cut
  3. Ctrl + V: Paste
  4. Ctrl + Z: Undo
  5. Ctrl + Y: Redo
  6. Ctrl + A: Select all
  7. Ctrl + F: Find
  8. Ctrl + S: Save
  9. Ctrl + P: Print
  10. Ctrl + N: New (File, Tab, etc.)
  11. Ctrl + O: Open
  12. Ctrl + W: Close
  13. Ctrl + Q: Quit
  14. Ctrl + E: Align Center
  15. Ctrl + L: Align Left
  16. Ctrl + R: Align Right
  17. Ctrl + B: Bold
  18. Ctrl + I: Italic
  19. Ctrl + U: Underline
  20. Ctrl + Shift + N: Create new folder (Windows Explorer)

Windows Shortcuts:

  1. Win + D: Show Desktop
  2. Alt + Tab: Switch between open applications
  3. Alt + F4: Close current window
  4. Win + L: Lock computer
  5. Win + E: Open File Explorer
  6. Win + X: Open Quick Link menu
  7. Win + Up Arrow: Maximize current window
  8. Win + Down Arrow: Minimize current window
  9. Win + Left Arrow: Snap window to left side
  10. Win + Right Arrow: Snap window to right side

Mac Shortcuts:

  1. Cmd + C: Copy

  6. Ctrl + Shift + B: Show/hide bookmarks bar
  7. Ctrl + Plus (+): Zoom in
  8. Ctrl + Minus (-): Zoom out
  9. Ctrl + 0: Reset zoom level

Word Processing Shortcuts:

  1. Ctrl + Home: Go to beginning of document
  2. Ctrl + End: Go to end of document
  3. Ctrl + PgUp: Go to previous page
  4. Ctrl + PgDn: Go to next page
  5. Ctrl + Backspace: Delete previous word
  6. Ctrl + Delete: Delete next word
  7. Ctrl + Shift + Arrow: Select text (word, line, paragraph)
  8. Ctrl + Shift + Home: Select text from cursor to beginning of line
  9. Ctrl + Shift + End: Select text from cursor to end of line

  1. Ctrl + Arrow: Navigate to edge of data region
  2. Ctrl + Space: Select entire column
  3. Shift + Space: Select entire row
  4. Ctrl + Shift + +: Insert new row/column

  6. Ctrl + Shift + $: Apply currency format
  7. Ctrl + Shift + %: Apply percentage format
  8. Ctrl + Shift + !: Apply number format
