Visit the This Website: Go to the official Prometric website by typing "https://www.prometric-jp.com/en/" in your web browser's address bar.

Create ID :On the page you will see a "Create ID " form. Enter your first name, last name, email address or mobile number, password, date of birth, and gender.
Click "Log In ": Click the "Sign Up" button.
Confirm Your Email or Mobile Number:
Depending on whether you used an email address or mobile number to sign up, Facebook will ask you to confirm your identity. You may receive a code on your email or mobile device that you will need to enter on the website.
